28/10/2004 Council vote in favour of larger wind turbines for Westmill
On Wednesday 27th October 2004, at the Guildhall in Abingdon, the Development Control Committee (South) of Vale of White Horse District Council (VWHDC) voted to approve a planning application intended to make improvements to already consented plans for a five-turbine wind farm at Westmill, Highworth Road, Watchfield, Swindon.
